The
AYA Comb
is fully manufactured in AISI 304 and AISI 302 stainless steel.
Production of each component as well as assembling are performed
in our own facilities. The teeth straightening and the
separation among them are made with great care and mathematical
exactitude. The overall comb' s design follows a respectful line
aiming to protecting the delicate nature of hair, letting a
complete dragging of it without any possible damage.
This
fine comb of extra-large and even teeth has been openly accepted
in all markets in which it has been introduced, counting at
present with ample international recognition.

stainless steel, free of welding marks, which gives the
comb a formidable strength and an agreeable, harmonious
appearance. AYA is totally free
of plastic surfaces.

and even teeth.
This type of teeth increases the dragging useful area
allowing the wiping off of more nits in less passings.
Besides, they ensure efficacy in any kind of hair:
short, long, thin, curled, thick or abundant. Being even,
the AYA teeth make sure hair does
not get entangled.

Exact
separation between each tooth
Nits have an ovoid shape. They measure 0.5 mm. long by
0.2 to 0.3 mm. wide and are glued to hair by means of a
strong natural cement making extraction very difficult.
Separation between each AYA tooth is smaller than the
size of the smallest nit. In this way
AYA definitively
wipes out all nits from hair.

Microscopically
rounded teeth tips
The tips of the AYA Comb are manufactured
with high precision methods. A perfect rounded and
polished shape is therefore one of its salient features.
In this way, piercing, scratching or hurting of the
delicate and hypersensitive scalp of infested children
are totally avoided.
